Well, no pressure then, but we made the national press this weekend in The i as one of their 20 best new pubs in Britain! They must be impressed with the crowds in our pop up events so far. But then we agree that it has been great, especially to see so many different members of the community. Our aim is to provide more than a pub, not solely a focus on alcohol but also on a place for the community to reconnect with one another. We have been supported in this aim by The Plunkett Foundation who celebrate their centenary this year, so we know that there is a long history of success behind us. We will keep readying the pub for the next pop up on 2nd Feb, where we hope to see more of the community, all are welcome. Please also don’t forget to pass on our search for a tenant wherever you go. We need someone who understands and wants to be part of our community, full details here.
