After a very busy couple of months, Megan, Peter and Harry are enjoying their new home, and it has been wonderful to see so many of the community, as well as visitors from near and far, enjoying what our pub has to offer. To officially celebrate The Three Tuns we are having a ‘Grand Opening’:
Hurricane Fly Past at Grand Opening – Sat 3rd August @ 3pm
The Three Tuns Grand Opening party will run from 12 noon to 11pm. The ribbon cutting and photographs will be at 3pm. Weather permitting, we will be treated to a Hurricane fly past over the pub also at around 3pm. The plane is one of only fourteen remaining aircraft of this kind and has been restored and will be flown by local resident 'Kirk' Kirkpatrick. Why not bring along your family and friends to celebrate the pub's reopening and enjoy a great fun day of games and live music with a BBQ and hog roast?
